Sally Colledge
Hello, my name is Sally Colledge and I am a senior receptionist at The Veterinary Hospital Group, Estover, Plymouth. I qualified at secretarial college and worked for many years for the Magistrates' service before joining The Veterinary Hospital Group in 1990.
I live with my husband in a small village on the edge of Bodmin moor in Cornwall. We have recently acquired a little stray kitten and despite all attempts, we could not find any links as to where he had come from. He decided to stay with us so we had him blood tested, vaccinated and neutered. He is a little darling and we are so pleased to have been able to give him a home.
We are very fortunate to live surrounded by some of the most beautiful countryside in Cornwall, and in my spare time I love walking and taking day trips to the coast. During the better weather, we enjoy our summer days, when we get them, taking trips off the south coast and making river trips up the Tamar on one of our boats.
Spending time with our family is very important to me. I also enjoy my garden and enjoy visiting National Trust Gardens and Buildings. Growing my own organic veg is something that I am working towards and I have a little space in the garden that I am preparing.
I am the Pet Bereavement Advisor for the practice, and it is my intention to continue my studies into this field so we can continue to offer this as a very valued service.
